The Bear Bitch’s Project

She’s moody and grey, she’s mean and she’s restless.

Dead Poet

On Eve of Solstice

She waits upon the rock

As the deep replies to

The song of the dark.

Waves beat

In trepidation of wyrd.

Pebbles dance,

He stumbles closer.

Senses intoxicated

With moon’s nectar.

And stories of folk,

Upon the currents lost.

A dulcet voice –

Concealing the cry of the banshee,

Sings of sisters:

Asrai, nymphs, and selkie,

Above the gelid lament

Of Celtic air and sea.

A graze of lips seals his fate.

The siren dives down

With his heart tangled in her hair.

America Hasn’t Got Talent

I don’t think i’ve ever heard so much cacophony coming from a "talent show" in my life.

Sesame Kid

I just spent the last 3 hours watching Sesame Street videos on YouTube and it was SO much fun. I don’t remember ever having so much fun at home on a Saturday night. I’m such a Sesame Street kid!
Here are links to some of my all time favorites:
The Alligator King
Geefle & Gonk - I went through 46 pages of Sesame Street clips to find this one! I refused to sleep till I found it and I did! Lets call it Shirley…
The Ladybug Picnic
Ernie & Bert in Egypt - Very rare, 5 minute version
Eleven O’clock Morning - Eleven o’clock, time to get up!
Little Dollhouse - The dollhouse I had always dreamed of having!
Furry Happy Monsters - with REM
Dance Myself to Sleep - I love the Boogie-Woogie Sheep!
Fuzzy and Blue
Don’t Want to Live on the Moon - Interesting fact: this is the last song Jim Henson recorded before he died.
Alligator in My Room - Good night, mom, good night, dad, good night, Sparky!
Doin’ the Pigeon - This reminds me of Leandro
Monster in the Mirror - This clip isn’t very clear but I chose it over the other one cause this is the original version. Wubba wubba!
Do Wop Do Wop Hop

Stay tuned. I’ll be adding more :)

Why Is It That…

… now that I can wear whatever I want to work, all my cute clothes are at home in Manila?
… my 2 Pilates teachers have big pusons?

Bad Trip!

A really hot guy gets on the train.
He looks around and then sits right next to me.
I do the dance of joy in my head –
Until I realize that he smells like he hasn’t taken a shower in a week!
Gag.

I see on Aeropostale.com (see Certified Shopaholic) that the pants that I saw in the store and really liked are on clearance and are now 60% off.
I purchase a pair in S 1/2, which is the size of all of my other Aeropostale pants (I have 3)
It arrives and though the tag says S 1/2, it’s too tight and too long!

Meet My New Baby

Macbook

Macbook_back

This is my new bouncing baby MacBook.

His name is Data (pronounced "/’deitə/" or "day-ta"), after Lt. Cmdr. Data in Star Trek: TNG, of course!

He’s 10 days old, 1.08 inches tall (13 inches across), and is 5.2 lbs. Isn’t he precious?

Working With the Lite On - Again!

(103.5) K-Lite’s live audio streaming is up and about again.

Thank god!

I was going through withdrawals: cold sweat, hyperventilating, convulsions…

Radio stations here SUCK!
